Blount Capital Consulting LLC ("BCC," "we," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how BCC collects, uses, and protects personal information obtained throughblountcapital.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect
BCC may collect the following categories of personal information:
Contact Information. Name, email address, company name, phone number, and otherinformation you voluntarily submit through any contact form or inquiry submission onthe Site.

Usage Data. IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited,session duration, and referring URL, collected automatically through standard web serverlogs. BCC does not use third-party analytics tools or tracking software in connection withthis Site.

BCC does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined under the CaliforniaConsumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively,"CCPA/CPRA"), Cal. Civil Code §1798.100 et seq. If you believe you have inadvertently submittedsensitive information, contact greg@blountcapital.com and we will promptly delete it.

2. How We Use Personal Information
BCC uses personal information to:
(a) respond to inquiries, contact requests, and submissions you submit through the Site;
(b) assess whether a potential engagement may be appropriate for BCC's services;
(c) maintain and improve the functionality and user experience of the Site; and
(d) comply with applicable legal obligations.

BCC does not use personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal orsimilarly significant effects on individuals.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties
BCC does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to or with third parties for monetary or other consideration. BCC may share personal information in limited circumstances:

Service Providers. BCC may share information with third-party service providers —such as website hosting providers — who process information on BCC's behalf underappropriate confidentiality and data-processing obligations.

Legal Compliance. BCC may disclose personal information if required to do so by law,court order, subpoena, or regulatory requirement, or to protect BCC's rights, property, orsafety.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or similar tracking technologies for analytics,advertising, or cross-site tracking purposes. BCC does not collect any data through such technologies. If BCC implements cookies or tracking technologies in the future, this Policy will be updated to reflect that change before such implementation.

5. California Residents — CCPA/CPRA Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA, subject to applicable exceptions:

Right to Know. You may request disclosure of the categories of personal information BCC has collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collection, the categories of third parties to whom it was disclosed, and the specific pieces of personal information held.

Right to Delete. You may request deletion of personal information BCC holds about you,subject to certain legal exceptions (including information needed to complete a requestedtransaction, comply with a legal obligation, or exercise a legal right).

Right to Opt Out of Sale. BCC does not sell personal information. No opt-out electionis required.

Right to Correct. You may request correction of inaccurate personal information BCCholds about you.

Right to Non-Discrimination. BCC will not discriminate against you — in pricing,service quality, or otherwise — for exercising any right under the CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise any of the above rights, submit a written request to greg@blountcapital.com with thesubject line "CCPA Privacy Request." BCC will respond within the time periods required byapplicable law. BCC may request verification of your identity before processing any request.

6. Data Retention
BCC retains personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described inthis Policy or as required by applicable law. When information is no longer needed, BCC will deleteor de-identify it.

7. Data Security
BCC implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed toprotect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No security system is impenetrable, and BCC cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

8. Children
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. BCC does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If BCC becomes aware that a minor has submitted personal information, it will delete that information promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy
BCC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, BCC's data practices, or operational needs. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Effective" date. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
