Blount Capital Consulting LLC ("BCC," "we," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how BCC collects, uses, and protects personal information obtained through blountcapital.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

BCC may collect the following categories of personal information:

Contact Information. Name, email address, company name, phone number, and other information you voluntarily submit through any contact form or inquiry submission onthe Site.

Usage Data. IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, session duration, and referring URL, collected automatically through standard web server logs. BCC does not use third-party analytics tools or tracking software in connection with this Site.

BCC does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively,"CCPA/CPRA"), Cal. Civil Code §1798.100 et seq. If you believe you have inadvertently submitted sensitive information, contact legal@blountcapital.com and we will promptly delete it.

BCC uses personal information to:

(a) respond to inquiries, contact requests, and submissions you submit through the Site;
(b) assess whether a potential engagement may be appropriate for BCC's services;

(d) comply with applicable legal obligations.

BCC does not use personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

BCC does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to or with third parties for monetary or other consideration. BCC may share personal information in limited circumstances:

6. Data Retention

BCC retains personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law. When information is no longer needed, BCC will delete or de-identify it.

7. Data Security

BCC implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No security system is impenetrable, and BCC cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. BCC does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If BCC becomes aware that a minor has submitted personal information, it will delete that information promptly.
